I really like this kind of gaming community where players genuinely participate in game testing and modifications. With so many different players offering suggestions for changes, deciding which ones to adopt and how to prioritize them is what tests the project team's capabilities.
To be honest, Seraph's various PTR tests since S1 have had too high of a threshold, keeping those who have worked hard to collaborate on AMAs online, organize exhibitions, hold player meetups, and send out press releases to attract new players completely out.
If new players have to make a significant investment just to start playing, they become 'onlookers' waiting to see. If they observe for a while and see that other players entering the game aren't making any gains, they will completely lose interest and never get the chance to experience what makes a game fun.
I want to open a discussion for players who are playing the game together to share their thoughts, but I'm afraid some players will use foul language and spoil my social space, so I end up having to block them. Although, players who use foul language can still be good players as long as they stay in the game.
