Immediate and limit orders cannot be satisfied simultaneously

Binance alpha's new rules are here, double trading volume! According to my understanding, it is not necessary to meet both conditions simultaneously. Meeting either of the two is sufficient. Therefore, the maximum is 2x trading volume!

For example: Purchase $32 of BSC tokens,
Then use a limit order.
This is actually one transaction but counts as: 2*transaction amount
So one order can achieve 2x trading volume!
