Alpha Points Rule Update, the buying volume on Binance Smart Chain and limit order purchase volume will be counted as double the trading volume in the total Alpha buying volume.
Dear Binance Users:
To celebrate the continuous development of the Alpha Token ecosystem and reward our most active traders, we will launch a limited-time Binance Alpha Points promotion starting from May 1, 2025.
Promotion Period: From May 1, 2025, until further notice.
During the promotion, users can earn additional Alpha points through eligible trades. The details are as follows:
• BSC Alpha token purchases and
• Limit order purchases of Alpha tokens (on any network)
will be counted again in the user's Alpha trading volume.
Total Alpha purchase volume formula:
Alpha Trading Volume = 2 * (BSC Alpha token purchase volume + limit order purchases) + other purchase volume
Example:
• Immediately purchase $100 worth of non-BSC token ABC
• Immediately purchase $110 worth of BSC token XYZ
• Limit order purchase of $120 worth of non-BSC token ABC
• Limit order purchase of $130 worth of BSC token XYZ
Alpha volume = 100 + 110*2 + 120*2 + 130*2 = 820.
Users can earn 9 points. (The 512 tier is 9 points)
【Summary】
After all that talk, the summary is that if you buy $100 on the Binance Smart Chain, it counts as $200 in the total purchase volume.
Moreover, limit orders are also counted as double trading volume, but who in their right mind would use limit orders for this purpose?
