After two consecutive days on TGE, the scores get higher each time. If you miss one, you'll forever just be watching. The more Alpha points you accumulate, the greater the loss. Many people have given up entirely. In fact, considering the long term, Binance probably won't rely solely on this point system to determine eligibility. After 15 days, you might even only need 10 days. High-scoring accounts are likely all from studios. Binance's original intention was to eliminate studios. Personally, I think Binance will likely increase holding requirements in the future, such as requiring 120 points + 500 USDT in holdings, or 1 BNB in holdings. For those who missed out on the recent airdrops, they can still continue to accumulate some Alpha points, earning about 128 USDT daily, as long as their holdings are sufficient. Once this cycle is complete, they should be able to benefit from the next wave. If you just give up on Alpha points, it seems you'll truly never be able to take part in airdrops.
