Arizona has enacted the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Law, which authorizes the state treasury and pension funds to allocate up to 10% of available funds in Bitcoin and other digital assets. If the law is signed, Arizona will become the first U.S. state to legally invest public funds in Bitcoin.
