#ArizonaBTCReserve Arizona is poised to become the first U.S. state to establish a Bitcoin reserve. On April 28, 2025, the state legislature passed Senate Bills 1025 and 1373, authorizing up to 10% of state-managed funds to be invested in Bitcoin and other digital assets. These bills also propose the creation of a Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund to manage seized or purchased crypto assets with full transparency and risk protocols. The legislation now awaits Governor Katie Hobbs' signature.
