Abu Dhabi Launches a Stablecoin Backed by the Dirham 🇦🇪

💥🎉 The International Holding Company and ADQ (Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company) along with First Abu Dhabi Bank announced joint plans to launch a new stablecoin backed by the UAE Dirham, fully subject to the oversight and regulation of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates. The new currency is set to be issued by First Abu Dhabi Bank after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
