WASHINGTON (TNND) — Lawmakers are back from a two-week recess, where they will double down on President Donald Trump’s agenda to pass his “big, beautiful bill.”
Included in that bill is the permanent extension of Trump’s 2017 tax cuts.
Brandon Arnold, the Executive Vice President of the National Taxpayers Union, said that in the president's first term and under the tax cuts, wages went up around $6000 for the average American and inflation was low.
