When you see a currency with an attractive price, and its value seems like a lost treasure...
Don't be fooled by the price alone!
Always ask yourself: Where's the liquidity?
Liquidity means having enough buyers and sellers. A currency without liquidity = a trap.
No matter how tempting the price is... if you can't find someone to buy from you when you want to sell, you're stuck!
Big companies, massive funds, and even seasoned investors, their first question is: "What is the daily trading volume?"
The higher the liquidity, the greater your chances of entering and exiting without issues.
The weaker the liquidity, the easier it is for you to collapse like a piece of paper in the wind.
A golden rule: Don't invest in a currency whose liquidity is below the safety line... no matter how tempting it is to buy cheap.
Liquidity = financial oxygen. Without it... your portfolio suffocates and quietly dies.
