Trader's Diary: The Path to Growth Through Failures
Last wrote here in December 2023. Replenished the balance with $100 and started. Without settings, I jumped into token $OM , which had collapsed by 90%. For two days, I caught volatility.
Sunday: +26% to the deposit. Monday: +15%. Tuesday: -$7, but cashback saved the day in the plus. Then I lost 40% of the profit: pings, errors, and lack of sleep got in the way. I started to gamble.
Without rules, even early success means nothing. It's hard to control emotions. I learn from my mistakes.
Why Routine is Important
Everyone wants to jump in, but success is built on details: registration, terminal, proxy.
- Write down a trading system
- Enter and exit in parts
- Keep emotions under control
- Set up a workspace
- Record trades
- Stop-loss is mandatory
- Don't catch falling knives
- Without cashback, you lose money
- Start with at least $10
Make corrections
Caught a series of stop-losses — stopped. I will set everything up correctly.
I want to keep a diary here. I will start, even if it's not perfect. The path to results goes through action.
P.S. I see how guys aged 14-17 achieve results. But hardly anyone writes about their mistakes. I learn from my own.
