BTC liquidation
Quick explanation first:
Liquidation in crypto (like BTC) happens when a trader’s leveraged position gets automatically closed because they can't cover the margin needed.
If Bitcoin's price moves sharply, traders using high leverage can get liquidated, causing liquidation spikes shown on charts.
There are two common types of liquidation pictures:
1. Liquidation Heatmaps — visual areas where lots of traders may get liquidated.
2. Liquidation Charts — graphs showing sudden spikes in liquidated positions (longs or shorts).
Here’s a sample idea of what I can show you:
A graph where green bars show shorts liquidated (price moving up).
A graph where red bars show longs liquidated (price dumping).
(Shows liquidations at different BTC price levels — red for longs, green for shorts.)
