✅ XRP Futures ETF approved in the US

• ProShares has received approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch three XRP Futures ETFs on April 30, including: 

• ProShares Ultra XRP ETF 

• ProShares UltraShort XRP ETF 

• ProShares Short XRP ETF

These funds provide access to XRP through futures contracts, rather than holding the token directly.

🌎 First spot XRP ETF launched in Brazil

• Hashdex has launched the world's first spot XRP ETF in Brazil, named Hashdex Nasdaq XRP Index Fund, trading on the B3 exchange. This fund allows investors to gain direct access to XRP without the need to self-custody the token.

🇺🇸 Spot XRP ETF situation in the US

• Pending applications: Several companies such as Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary, 21Shares, WisdomTree, and CoinShares have filed for approval of a spot XRP ETF. SEC decisions are expected to be made from May to December 2025.  

• Approval rate: According to the prediction platform Polymarket, the likelihood of the SEC approving a spot XRP ETF in 2025 is approximately 80%.

• Current price: XRP is trading around $2.33 USD, up 6.88% in the last 24 hours.

• Outlook: The approval of the XRP ETF, especially the spot ETF, is expected to drive demand from institutional investors, potentially pushing the price of XRP to new highs in 2025.
