Why is Quantitative Easing Important for Altcoins?

Why i think ETH will go below 1000$?

Quantitative Easing is when a central bank (like the U.S. Federal Reserve) prints new money to buy assets (like government bonds) in the market.

The main goals are to:

Increase liquidity (more money flowing in the economy)

Lower interest rates (to make borrowing cheaper)

Encourage spending and investment

Even though QE is done in traditional finance, it directly impacts crypto markets, including altcoins, because:

1. More Liquidity Means More Risk Appetite:

When people have easy access to money, they're more willing to invest in riskier assets like Ethereum, and altcoins.

2. Devaluation of Fiat Currencies:

When central banks print too much money, the value of cash (USD, Euro, etc.) falls. People then look for alternatives to protect their wealth — like crypto.

3. Bull Markets Often Follow QE:

Past cycles show that massive QE programs (like 2020–2021) led to huge crypto booms, with altcoins multiplying in value.

4. Stimulates Innovation:

When money is abundant, venture capital and crypto startups thrive — leading to more new altcoin projects and ecosystem growth.

And without QE don't expect any Altseason and no altseason means ETH Going more down.
