Bitwise Asset Management has filed for an XRP ETF on the spot market in the United States. The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) acknowledged Bitwise's application in February 2025, initiating a review process that may take up to 90 days . The proposed ETF aims to provide investors with regulated access to XRP, the native asset of the XRP Ledger, through a traditional financial product.
