If you run an exchange, you should be able to handle losses. If you can't afford to lose in a bet against retail investors, then so be it. Losing money and then suing to threaten players.
Does the platform have any regulations on how much price discrepancy constitutes a system flaw?
0.5%? Or 5%? Or 50%? What counts as a system flaw?
