#XRPETF The XRP Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) is a financial instrument designed to track the price of XRP, allowing investors to gain exposure without directly holding the cryptocurrency. As of April 27, 2025, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has yet to approve a spot XRP ETF, despite applications from firms like WisdomTree and Grayscale.
However, Brazil has taken the lead, launching the world's first spot XRP ETF, XRPH11, on April 25, 2025. This ETF, managed by Hashdex, trades on the Brazilian stock exchange (B3) and tracks the Nasdaq XRP Reference Price Index.
In the U.S., Teucrium introduced the Teucrium 2x Long Daily XRP ETF (XXRP) on April 8, 2025. This is a leveraged futures ETF aimed at achieving double the daily returns of XRP, rather than a spot ETF that holds the underlying asset directly.
