the problem is most tokens were just plugged in after the fact it feels forced and it shows we ended up with tokens that have no real purpose, no clear role, no story thatâs why weâre here now imo, with people (and even teams) struggling to explain why their token exists in the first place a token shouldnât be an afterthought, it should be part of the design from day one (or not at all)
