According to experts, within the RWA segment, the niche of private real estate funds will grow to $1 trillion in 10 years, loans and securitization will reach $2.39 trillion, and undeveloped land and projects under construction will amount to $50 billion.
"[Tokenization] will provide organizations in the real estate sector with the opportunity to address issues of operational inefficiency, high administrative costs for investors, and limited engagement of retail participants," say Deloitte.
