The American actor, who has an estimated net worth of 150 million dollars according to Page Six, reflected on how he raises his three children.
The American actor Ben Affleck revealed the reason why he wants his children to work from an early age.
Affleck, who has an estimated net worth of 150 million dollars according to Page Six, explained that he is not the kind of father who gives his children everything they ask for, but rather teaches them that they must earn a living through their own effort.
According to the actor, recently, his youngest son asked for some sports shoes. "I told him: 'Those sneakers cost 6,000 dollars, what are you talking about? What are you going to do, mow the lawn? Do you have 6,000 dollars?", he shared.
"He replied: 'We have the money'. I said: 'I have the money! You are broke!" he added during his appearance on the show 'Today with Jenna & Friends' on April 22.
Reflecting on this, Affleck made it clear that he wants to instill in his children the importance of earning their things through their own merits.
