$SOL

Recently, many users in the Solana community have fallen victim to fake SOLscan websites – a popular blockchain explorer. These scam sites often appear at the top of Google ads when you search for the keywords “SOLscan” or “Solscan.io.”

Sophisticated scam methods

Scammers buy Google ads to push fake websites that look exactly like the official site to the top of search results. When users are not paying attention, they click on it and connect their wallets (e.g., Phantom, Solflare…), and these will automatically steal all assets in your wallet in just a few seconds.

Signs to recognize fake SOLscan pages:

• Strange or slightly different URLs: for example solscan.pro, solscan-app.io, solscan.xyz…

• The site requests wallet connection (real SOLscan will never ask for wallet connection)

• There may be popups requesting “claim airdrop,” “verify wallet”… → absolutely do not click

The official SOLscan page is:

https://solscan.io

Please manually type the address or save the official link for reference, do not click on ads on Google.

Warning for users:

• Never connect your wallet to any strange pages, even if the interface looks exactly like the real one.

• If you have ever mistakenly connected to a fake page, revoke wallet access immediately via https://solana.fm/access or the wallet connection management app.

• Always carefully check the domain name and security certificate (https) before proceeding.

Summary:

One second of negligence – complete loss of assets.
