What are your thoughts on Binance customer service? The issue began with the trader training camp event in March. As someone looking to benefit from it, I only participated in the second phase of the event. I believed I had completed all my tasks and was waiting for the rewards in April, only to find that the rewards distributed on April 17 were significantly different from what I expected (Image 1). After that, I started to inquire with customer service (Images 2 and 3), hoping they would review it again. After waiting for 4 to 5 days, I still did not receive a response. Later, an announcement appeared about problems with this event (Image 4). I thought my appeal had yielded results, but today Binance resent the rewards for Quiz 4. When I inquired with customer service again, they gave me this response (Image in the comments section 1), which contradicted some of the rewards I received. I have been consistently asking for information regarding the issues I raised about Task 1, but customer service has continually refused to provide information, citing system determination. Is this a refusal to provide rewards?
