What the hell did you rate me with the system's automatic evaluation?

This ALPACA has a problem and cannot be played anymore. I tried to go long twice, wanting to hold more, but the system automatically closed my positions, and after closing, it resulted in a loss.

Both times it closed before the big surge.

The first time I thought I had clicked incorrectly, but then I went long again and the system automatically closed my position.
