She highlighted that Ripple is currently in an “acquisitive” phase, focusing on business growth rather than going public. Long emphasized that with billions of dollars in liquidity on the balance sheet, Ripple has no immediate need for an IPO. CEO Brad Garlinghouse had also previously stated that going public was not a priority as the company remains in a strong financial position.
