Metaplanet Hits 5,000 $BTC Milestone with Latest $13.4M Investment
Japanese firm Metaplanet has just added another 145 BTC to its reserves, investing $13.4 million at an average price of $89,900 per Bitcoin.
📈 In April alone, the company ramped up its crypto holdings by 1,000 BTC, pushing its total stash to 5,000 BTC.
With this move, Metaplanet officially joins the top 10 largest corporate Bitcoin holders, having already achieved 50% of its 2025 BTC acquisition goal — and the year’s not even halfway through.
