🟥 Quoting AXIOS: Elon Musk and U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Pisanet got into a heated argument last Thursday in the West Wing of the White House.

‏Pisanet confronted Musk about pressuring President Trump to appoint Gary Shapley, one of Elon’s aides, as the Commissioner of the IRS, instead of the Deputy Treasury Secretary chosen by him, Pisanet, Michael Fulkender.

‏During the argument, Pisanet criticized Musk for his exaggerated promises and the budget cuts he promised with the Government Efficiency Office, while Elon described Pisanet as a "Soros agent" and accused him of running a "failed hedge fund".

‏A witness later said: "They were not physically present in the Oval Office during the argument, but the president saw it, then they took him to the Oval Office, and then they repeated it again in front of him".

‏Another added: "It was an exciting scene, it was loud, I mean, really loud, there were bombs of insults flying around".

‏In the end, it seems that Pisanet got the last laugh, as Musk's choice for the IRS, Gary Shapley, was indeed removed and replaced by Michael Fulkender.
