The MONTHLY chart I observed in the picture is the INVERTED HEAD AND SHOULDER FORMATION.

The first point I observed here is the 39 thousand band main price. It fell to 15 thousand from here. The second point went up to the 49 band. 39-15 +49 = 73 thousand and in order not to complete the formation, it should approach the 2nd handle and come to around 75 thousand. If it comes, it will be the target point, i.e. 70-15+75 = 130 thousand dollars, more or less.

In my opinion, the second handle will fall and rise to the 48-49 band at most. and it will hit 49, turn and complete.
