🇺🇦Taxes on crypto in Ukraine — new details
MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak revealed the updated version of the bill:
Tax rate for individuals:
✅ until the end of 2026 — 5%;
✅ from 2027 — 18% + 5% military tax.
Who will regulate:
✅ instead of the NKTSBFR, most likely, it will be the National Bank of Ukraine, but the final decision is up to the Cabinet.
VAT is canceled for most crypto assets, except for NFTs and tokens with ownership rights.
Zheleznyak emphasized: this version is not final, changes are possible between the first and second readings.
