I continuously sent them emails and I begged them that I lost my passphrase they never replied my email but one day when I tried to unlock my wallet again my passphrase popped up.

6 Years of hard work and waiting , six years of checking in every day to achieve something I lost my Wallet Phas phrase😭😭
can someone help me please 😭 who do i report to and how can i get it back ???
