#TRXETF Justin Sun, the founder of Tron (TRX), confirmed the speculation surrounding the TRX Spot Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). In a post to his 3.8 million followers on X, Sun shared a link to the S-1 filing submitted by Canary Capital, marking the first official proposal for a TRX ETF to be wagered in the United States.

The proposed ETF aims to track the spot price of TRX, offering investors an annual return of 4.5% through staking rewards. This dual feature distinguishes it from other cryptocurrency ETF proposals, as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has not yet approved any ETF that includes a staking component.
