Observe the support points in the upward and downward directions, which are the upper shadow and lower shadow lines.

Taking this as an example, on the 1-minute chart, if the upper shadow is long and a downward trend appears in the second minute, it can be judged that it will definitely drop next. You can also refer to the spot market trends to assist in judgment.
