#PowellRemarks I’m giving so much time to trading... but still not winning.” 🤔
Yeah, that was me. 😅
Hours in front of the screen 🖥️ — chasing every chart 📊, trading just for the sake of doing something. 🔄
But here’s the painful lesson I learned:
More trading ≠ More profit. 💡
In fact, the more I traded... the more I lost. 😬
It wasn’t about skill. 🤓
It was about overtrading:
— Emotionally drained 😞
— Entering without a plan 🚫
— Believing more screen time = more success 🕰️
Then I changed my strategy: 🔄
✔️ I trade only 2-3 hours ⏳ — mostly during the NY session (8:30 AM–12 PM EST), sometimes London. 🌍
✔️ Stopped chasing every candle 🔥 — now every trade is a sniper entry 🎯.
✔️ I spend 30 minutes in the morning 🌅 marking key levels 📍, setting alerts 🔔, and preparing my mindset 🧠.
✔️ After the session, 20 minutes of journaling 📖 — what worked ✅, what didn’t ❌, and my emotional state 😌.
✔️ Most important: I don’t force trades ⚖️.
Some days I have zero trades 🕶️ — and that’s totally fine. 👍
Because discipline gives more reward than FOMO. 💪
If you’re stuck in the same loop 🔁:
Stop chasing every move. 🏃♂️
Create a routine 🗓️. Save your energy ⚡.
Trade with intent, not need 🙌.
You don’t need more trades — you need better trades 🔥.
Less time. More clarity. Stronger results. 🔥💥
That’s real growth. 🌱
