I've been in the cryptocurrency space for a few years now. From starting as a small investor with 50,000 yuan, I've struggled and fought my way through the crypto world to now achieve a modest level of wealth. Today, I want to share my personal experience with everyone.

First, let's talk about money management. Never put all your money in at once. I prefer to operate in batches, so even if I incur losses, it won't be too devastating. I set a rule for myself: once I lose to a certain extent, I decisively withdraw, regardless of the market conditions. This way, even if I experience consecutive losses, it won't be too damaging, but if I make a profit, the returns can be quite considerable. Even if I get stuck, I can maintain my mindset.

It's always right to follow the market trend. When the market is declining, don't keep thinking about bottom fishing; it's unrealistic. The best opportunities arise when the market is rising and then correcting; buying low during this time is much safer than trying to catch the very bottom.

Choosing cryptocurrencies requires insight. Those coins that suddenly surge, whether mainstream or altcoins, should be approached with caution. A rapid rise often leads to a sharp correction, making it easy to get trapped.

Regarding technical indicators, I often use MACD. When the DIF line crosses below the 0 axis and then breaks above it, that's a buy signal. If it crosses above the 0 axis and then heads downward, it's time to reduce positions. Don't easily attempt to average down. If you incur losses, don't average down; many people end up losing more and ultimately losing everything. Remember, losses must be cut, and profits can be added to.

Trading volume is also crucial. When the price breaks out from a low level, if the trading volume increases, it could indicate a significant opportunity.

The most important thing is to go with the trend and seize the momentum. By combining daily and monthly charts for comprehensive judgment, you can determine how to operate based on which line is turning upward.

In short, trading cryptocurrencies carries risks but also opportunities. I hope my experience can help everyone, but I still want to remind you to invest cautiously!
