Polkadot Ecosystem Made Waves at TEAMZ Web3 Summit 2025!

Just wanted to share a quick update from Tokyo! The TEAMZ Web3 Summit (Apr 16–17), part of Tokyo Web3 Week, saw a massive turnout—over 10,000 people! And the Polkadot community showed up in full force.

One of the highlights for me was seeing DJ Hà Trang from SubWallet speak. She’s a Polkadot ambassador and shared how SubWallet is growing—now with over 500K active users! Super inspiring to see how real adoption is taking shape.

There was also a VIP networking event on April 15 at the Bulgari Hotel, where leaders from the Web3 space connected with investors and innovators from around the globe. Polkadot folks were right in the mix!

The summit touched on a lot of important stuff:

Layer 1 & 2 protocols

DeFi, CeFi, and RWAs

DePIN and NFTs

Blockchain gaming and DApps

Even regulatory and compliance discussions

It’s clear Polkadot is playing a serious role in shaping the Web3 future. Seeing this level of involvement and innovation makes me even more bullish on the ecosystem.
