Have you noticed that when you set a selling price for a certain currency and you wait and wait until the order is executed but it doesn't? For example, if you set a sell order for any currency at 1 dollar, you find the price reaches 0.999999999 but never exceeds 1 dollar, especially after a sudden rise in the price of any currency.
