Restraint actually indicates that desire still exists.
So I won’t say it’s a bull market now, nor a bear market.
More accurately, it is a period of potential with emotions still present and mental tug-of-war.

It is not the excitement of a climax, nor the low of a cleanup, but rather the eve of a storm that seems about to start.
