⚠️ P2P Scam Alert 🚫

Hello Binance Users,

If you use Binance for crypto trading, especially for buying and selling USDT or USDC via P2P, this message is important for you.

How Safe Are Your Transactions?

Let’s talk about some common scams you should be aware of when using P2P services.

Buying Scam:

When purchasing USDT or USDC, you typically send money from your bank account to the seller. But what happens if the seller doesn’t release the crypto after receiving your payment?

In such cases, you can file an appeal. If your case is valid, Binance may help you recover your funds. Unfortunately, some sellers exploit this process to scam buyers—so always stay alert.

Selling Scam:

When selling USDT, you're supposed to receive money in your bank account. Some scammers send fake payment confirmations to trick you into releasing the crypto without actually transferring the money.

Never rely on screenshots or notifications—always check your bank account balance directly before confirming the release.

Stay Smart, Stay Safe:

Always remain calm and cautious during transactions. Your awareness is your best defense against fraud.

Note:

If I’ve made any errors, I kindly ask for your understanding.

That’s all for today.

Until next time—stay safe and take care!
