1. Violations of the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China:

1. Crime of infringing on state secrets (Article 398)

If the case falls within the category of 'state secrets', leaking case information may constitute this crime.

Punishment: For serious circumstances, imprisonment for less than three years, detention, or control; for particularly serious circumstances, imprisonment for more than three years but less than seven years.

2. Crime of illegally obtaining state secrets (Article 282)

If the information is obtained through abnormal means, it may involve illegally obtaining state secrets.

2. Violations of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets:

This law clearly stipulates that certain information related to national security, investigation, trial, etc. is classified as state secrets and must not be disclosed without authorization.

If the lists of case personnel, investigation strategies, case progress, etc. are determined to be 'secret' or 'top secret', their disclosure will constitute a violation of the law.

3. Violations of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China:

Article 187 stipulates: During the investigation period, relevant information about the case must not be made public to avoid affecting the investigation or trial work.

Leaking details of a case during the investigation stage, especially through online dissemination, constitutes illegal behavior.

4. Suspected infringement of others' right to reputation and privacy:

If prosecutor information is maliciously exposed on the internet, it may infringe on their privacy rights or reputation rights;

It may constitute the crime of insult or defamation (Criminal Law Article 246), especially if the case content is fabricated or personal attacks are made.

5. Administrative penalties:

Even if it does not constitute a criminal offense, public security agencies can impose administrative detention, fines, and other penalties for leaking information, disturbing order, etc., according to Articles 25, 42, and others of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law.
