The mindset of thinking that holding spot will not lead to death is a fatal misconception.
The biggest danger of spot trading is that,
when the price drops, you feel nothing.
Playing with spot makes you think that it’s okay if the price goes down,
after all, the amount of coins hasn’t decreased,
you just need to wait for it to rise again,
and then when it starts to rise, you don’t want to sell,
it drops again, until it eventually goes to zero.
Are you further numbing yourself in a vicious cycle of 'wait for a rebound after a 10% drop → delete the app after an 80% drop'?
