Today I was watching Zhou Jintao's (Wealth in Life Depends on Kondratiev Waves) and saw a Kondratiev cycle, which was very enlightening.
The author writes:
Wealth in life does not come from salary but from investing in asset prices. Is there any timing pattern for investing in asset prices? It definitely makes sense to buy at a low point.
People over 40 years old had their first opportunity in 2008; if they had bought stocks or houses then, their lives would have been very successful.
The life opportunities before 2008 were in 1999; not many people could seize that opportunity, so 2008 was the first opportunity. The second opportunity was in 2019, and the last one will be around 2030.
If you seize one opportunity, you can become part of the middle class; this is the principle of wealth accumulation through Kondratiev Waves.

After reading this section, I verified and deduced that the author is likely saying that these four years are good opportunities to buy 'high-quality assets at low prices'.
First Opportunity: In 1999, that was the year I was born, and ordinary people had already missed out on it.
Second Opportunity: In 2008, ordinary people could enter the market, and at that time buying property 🏠 in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen had at least increased five to six times, while Shenzhen's Nanshan District has increased tenfold in nearly ten years, which is exaggerated 😮
Third Opportunity: In 2019, for ordinary people, the wealth code was technology stocks (like Tesla, which was only 20 USD before 2019, Google was 60 USD in 2019, and Tencent was just over 300 Hong Kong dollars in 2019), and holding onto them has multiplied many times since then
So what about the fourth opportunity? The author says that 2030 is the last opportunity of the most recent cycle; what do you think would be good to buy?
