‼️ CME Group launches futures linked to the spot market ‼️
Starting June 30 (if approved by regulators), CME Group will offer futures contracts based directly on the spot price of:
Bitcoin and Ethereum
S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Russell 2000, and Dow Jones
Contracts can be held for up to 5 years without the need for renewal.
What does this mean?
More institutional access to crypto and stocks on a single platform.
Possible increase in liquidity and legitimacy of Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Greater connection between the traditional market and the crypto market.
