According to Odaily, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink expressed in his annual letter released on Monday that the current level of market anxiety over a potential recession is "greater than at any time in recent memory." He attributed much of this concern to the uncertainty stemming from U.S. President Donald Trump's tariff policies. Fink noted that nearly everyone he spoke with shared similar worries. Although he mentioned earlier this month that the market is retreating in the short term and corporate executives generally feel the economy is weakening, he emphasized in this letter the strong resilience that capital markets have demonstrated over centuries.
