Hut 8 has partnered with President Trump's two sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr., to launch a new Bitcoin mining company named American Bitcoin.

Hut 8 has merged most of its mining operations in exchange for an 80% stake in American Data Centers, a company backed by Eric and Donald Trump Jr., which has now been renamed American Bitcoin.
