Let's continue from the previous post with personal insights. From the daily chart, we are still below the downward trend line around 11000 and the 180-day moving average. The 4-hour chart shows a bullish flag, indicating a potential breakout trend.
This can be said to be a very critical position. If there is a significant drop today and we close with a bearish candle, the daily chart will form a dusk cross, suggesting that the downward trend is likely to continue towards 760. If 760 cannot hold, then the lower channel line will directly target 700.
Therefore, in the short term, for intraday trading, it is about buying on a pullback, anticipating the bullish flag breakout. Personally, I am taking a daily view, medium to long-term. Currently, I have entered a short position at 875, betting on the larger trend of decline with a stop-loss at 910. I am personally bearish.
