During his speech, Trump reaffirmed his vision of making America the global capital of cryptocurrency, stating that "Crypto is the greatest revolution, and together we will make America the unquestioned superpower of bitcoin and the global capital of crypto" ¹.

Although some analysts had predicted significant announcements, such as a "0% capital gains tax on bitcoin and other crypto investments," Trump's speech didn't quite meet those expectations ¹.
