They say, buy Bitcoin and never sell. I get it.

Does the same apply to $ETH ? Initially I bet on Ethereum. My average buy price is around 2460.

What would you say? Hold? Or sell? Sell at 2x, 4x, how many X-es is reasonable target for it?
