Pi Network Project Surpasses 4 Million Followers on X
Pi Network, a mobile-friendly cryptocurrency project, has surpassed 4 million followers on X (formerly known as Twitter).
This achievement comes shortly after Pi Network surpassed prominent projects such as Ethereum (ETH) and BNB Chain in terms of social media followers.
Pi Network Reaches 4 Million Followers
With this new milestone, Pi Network’s X account is just 300,000 followers away from surpassing Dogecoin (DOGE). The official Pi Network team celebrated the milestone with a post that read:
“Pi Network now has over 4 million followers on X! Congratulations to all the Pi community for their support and contribution to this milestone.”
The increase in followers on X isn’t the only indicator of Pi Network’s growing popularity, as the platform has also seen massive growth in the Google Play Store, where it has surpassed 113.2 million downloads, with an average of 270,000 downloads per day over the past month.
The success doesn’t stop there, as Pi Network recently entered the top rankings of CoinMarketCap, and managed to secure a spot in the “Top 5 Made in the US” list on CoinGecko. It also surpassed the likes of Chainlink (LINK), Hedera (HBAR), and Stellar (XLM) to become the fifth largest altcoin in this category.
