The largest cryptocurrency exchange currently is Binance, which is facing a 1-star rating storm for its Voting trick asking the community whether to list Pi Network.

The result shows over 200 thousand Yes votes with a rate of over 87%. However, the Binance team has not made any further moves after this result. Users feel very upset and disrespected, so they express this through ratings (reviews) of the app on the App Store and Google Play.

Personally, I think this is normal and shows the business that they must respect users more, especially in the context that these exchanges are not regulated and users are not protected by government authorities.

Some crypto KOLs, however, blame the Vietnamese "Pi holders" for this action, tarnishing the image of the Vietnamese crypto community globally, while this vote was also carried out by many "Pi holders" from other countries. This bias from some KOLs stems from personal animosity when they initially considered Pi to be worthless, like trash, but suddenly Pi got listed with prices reaching up to $3 and is currently ranked 11th in the cryptocurrency market capitalization.

Crypto is an extremely young industry, and everything changes very quickly, so making mistakes in this market is completely normal. Our job is to accept the mistakes to keep up with development, avoiding biased, outdated thinking and staying in tune with the market.
