Was the price 40 cents and did it rise to 60 cents? Is this correct? Can I get an answer?

$RED pre-market orders of 0.40$ were not fulfilled and now the cap has increased to 0.60$.

Now what will happen to earlier orders? Another question is why people are not getting coins ? so the money is now in pre-order and you have nothing.

I was excited about this idea however now I think there are flaws to this execution and outcome may even worse in regard to price manipulation .
