This was a total setup—media surrounding him—and a major mistake by Ukrainian diplomats to allow this conversation to be broadcasted live. Zelensky shouldn’t have been left to face these pricks alone. A president shouldn’t engage with multiple people attempting to insult him—this isn’t his level. Such discussions should happen privately and through appropriate diplomatic channels. Publicly, a president should only engage with another president. In this case, it should never have unfolded this way.
