#VIRTUALWhale Well, this is the first time I've heard and read about this concept.

But I assume that a virtual whale must refer to an anonymous investor who holds a large amount of coins of a specific token.

The strength that this type of investor has, both the huge amount of coins and the anonymity that the title of "virtual" provides them, is enormous, and they can affect the market, manipulating the price of an asset for their own benefit.

They are important players in low-cap coins, since in others (such as BTC) they lose importance as the token is distributed among more participants. Something that happens more and more inevitably.
